Andrew Hammond of the Ottawa Senators recorded his first career NHL shutout on February 25, 2015. The Senators played vs the Anaheim Ducks and shut them out by a score of 3 – 0. Hammond faced 25 shots and was up to the task, stopping them all en route to his first shutout in 4 games this season. He got his first win in his first start on February 18, and has played very well since then. In 4 games this season, Hammond has gone 3-0-1, with 1 shutout, a .948 save percentage, and a sparkling 1.50 goals-against average.
