Ben Bishop of the Tampa Bay Lightning recorded his third shutout of the season on March 10, 2015. Tampa Bay battled against the Montreal Canadiens, in what turned out to be a goaltending duel, and came out victorious, winning the game 1 – 0 in over time. Bishop faced 19 shots and stopped them all en route to the victory, which is the fifth straight win against Montreal for the Lightning in the regular season. It was the 33rd win for Bishop in 51 games played this NHL season, and moves them to within 1 point from Montreal in the league standings.
