Henrik Sedin Reaches 900 NHL Points
Henrik Sedin of the Vancouver Canucks reached 900 NHL points on March 3, 2015. The Canucks faced off against the San Jose Sharks and were deafeated by a score of 6 – 2. Sedin is 34 years old and was drafted 3rd overall in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft by the Canucks, right after his twin brother Daniel Sedin, who was drafted 2nd overall, also by the Canucks. He is currently the captian of Vancouver, and is playing in his 14th NHL season, all with the Canucks. Sedin has played 1073 career NHL games and has racked up 208 goals, 693 assists, 901 points and 590 penalty minutes.
