Nationwide Arena during the national anthem, before the 2015 NHL All-Star Game begins in Columbus. The final score was 17-12, with Team Toews beating Team Foligno. The record breaking 29 total goals beat the previous record of 26 goals scored in 2001 when North America beat the World 14-12 at Pepsi Center in Denver. Jakub Voracek of the Philadelphia Flyers tied a record set by Mario Lemieux with six points by scoring 3 goals and adding three assists. John Tavares of the New York Islanders matched a record with four goals. Blackhawks captain, Jonathan Toews and Patrice Bergeron of the Boston Bruins, both added identical points of 1 goal and 4 assists. Ryan Johansen of the Columbus Blue Jackets was named the MVP of the 2015 NHL All-Star Game
