Tim Gleason Reaches 700 NHL Games

Tim Gleason of the Carolina Hurricanes reached 700 NHL games on January 31, 2015. The Hurricanes played versus the New York Rangers and lost by a score of 4 – 1. Gleason is playing in his 11th NHL season, and has played for the Los Angeles Kings, Toronto Maple Leafs and Carolina Hurricanes.  Gleason was drafted 23rd overall by the Ottawa Senators in the 2001 NHL entry draft and has accumulated 17 goals and  123 assists for 140 points and  685 penalty minutes in 700 career NHL games.
