Kari Lehtonen Records Fifth Shutout
Kari Lehtonen of the Dallas Stars recorded his fifth shutout of the season on March 21, 2015. Dallas faced off against the Chicago Blackhawks, and shut them out by a score of 4 – 0, ending Chicago’s four-game winning streak. Lehtonen faced 33 shots, and stopped them all, including a penalty shot. The win was Lehtonen’s 31st of the season, the 5th time in his NHL career to reach the 30 win plateau.
